"Hi, this may not be the correct forum, but it's worth a shot.

I have a patient and her husband that are trying to get pregnant.

I have been using Lifang Liang's Acupuncture and IVF as a reference book. In it she recommends chicken and ginger soup for women and fish and ginger soup for men. Any ideas on the recipe that would work best for this/ if the ginger should be boiled with the chicken as the stock is being prepared or added after the stock is done?

Any ideas would be great!"
