Shalena Havens

I have office space downtown Portland on 4th Ave between Stark & Oak, that allows me to see patients and give individualized, personal treatments that is focused to their needs- spending more time or less as needed. I really enjoy seeing the transition that a person can make with recieving acupuncture- it lights them from the inside and it is such an honor to be a participant in this process. When I worked in nature (on the Mt Hood National Forest here in Oregon) I spent several years observing the cylcles that I now see in my patients and developed a stillness that patients comment about and are drawn toward. I love what I do and it makes me happy to be at work where I make a difference in a persons life, raising them to a vibrant level.
