I am certified Kettlebell Instructor by the IKFF. I am also certified personal trainer &
corrective exercise specialist by NASM. I am passionate about knowing my Lord and
Savior Jesus Christ. I believe and know that our health is based upon the grace of God,
safe exercise regimen, and good nutrition. I hope through the Grace of God, that I can
inspire and motivate my clients to achieve not only their health goals but to embrace the
Truth of Life, which is in Jesus Christ.
