	Meridian: Stomach		Reference Source:		Point Location: CAM In the second intercostal space, 4 cun lateral to the anterior midline. Deadman On the chest, in the second intercostal space, 4 cun lateral to the midline (Zigong REN-19), on the mamillary line. How To Find It Transverse-oblique insertion laterally or medially along the intercostal space 0.5 to 1 cun or transverse insertion superiorly or inferiorly along the channel.
	Innervation: On the course of the branch of m. pectoralis major derived from the anterior thoracic nerve.		Vasculature: The thoracoacromial artery and vein and the branches of the lateral thoracic artery and vein.
	Cautions: Deep or perpendicular insertion carries a substantial risk of puncturing the lung.		Technique: CAM Puncture obliquely 0.3-0.5 inch. Deadman Transverse-oblique insertion laterally or medially along the intercostal space 0.5 to 0.8 cun, or transverse insertion superiorly or inferiorly along the channel.
