Innervation: The muscular branch of the anterior thoracic nerve, the lateral cutaneous branch of the second intercostal nerve.	Vasculature: The lateral thoracic artery and vein, the second intercostal artery and vein.
Cautions: Risk of inducing a pneumothorax with perpendicular insertion, especially in thin patients.	Technique: CAM Puncture obliquely 0.3-0.5 inch. Deadman Transverse oblique insertion along the intercostal space 0.5 to 1 cun.
