When the hand is made into a fist, six of these points lie in the depressions between the metacarpal heads, proximal to the web margins. The remaining two ponits lie equidistant between the thumb and index metacarpals, proximal to the web margins.
How To Find It
With the hand held in a fist, draw an equilateral triangle between the prominences of the metacarpal heads and the proximal end of the visible crease formed by the web space. The points lie at the centre of these triangles.
