On the cubital crease, in the depression of the radial side of the tendon of m. biceps brachii. This point is located with the elbow slightly flexed.

How To Find It
1. Locate slightly lateral to the tendon rather than immediately next to it. 2. Locate and needle with the elbow slightly flexed, avoiding the cubital vein.
Innervation:
The lateral antebrachial cutaneous nerve and the radial nerve.
Vasculature:
The branches of the radial recurrent artery and vein, the cephalic vein.

Puncture perpendicularly 0.5-1 inch.
