When the elbow is flexed, the point is 3 cun above the medial end of the transverse cubital crease Shaohai (HT-3), in the groove medial to m. biceps brachii.

How To Find It
1. Locate with the elbow flexed. 2. This point is located in the grooove medial to the biceps brachii muscle one handbreadth prosimal to Shaohai HE-3.
Innervation:
The medial antebrachial subcutaneous nerve, the medial brachial cutaneous nerve and the ulnar nerve.
Vasculature:
The basilic vein, the superior ulnar collateral artery.
Cautions:

Technique:
CAM
Puncture perpendicularly 0.3-0.5 inch.
